If you ask around downtown Brantford for a great spot to eat continually you will hear of Warmington's Bistro. This small venue just of Dalhousie Street sure packs a punch when it comes to great tasting food. The selection of Wraps, Burgers & Sandwiches almost guarantees they will have something for you.
There is one negative to this spot. You will often hear of Warmington's Bistro as the place to go for great food but the service does need some improvement. The owners of this Bistro do not have any full time staff. Instead the wife works in the kitchen preparing all of the food, while the husband is in the "Front of House" taking the orders. The reason why it is a negative is that depending on the day you go the husband could be in a good or bad mood and that will dictate the service you receive. I have had great days and I have also had very bad days with him but in the end the food always comes out tasting great.
This is a must visit if you are downtown but please be warned that the service does not always come with a smile.
